Black Knight Edwin

Good evening, I hope your week is off to a good start.
I've recently started to build up a little collection of Magnolia stamps and this is the first card I've made with one. I've used Black Knight Edwin which was one of the first stamps I bought - I just love his little horse!

I'm entering this card into the Crafty Little Fairies 'Sport' challenge. (Mine isn't exactly an everyday sport - I hope this counts!)

Birthday Cake

Hi everyone,
I hope you're having a good weekend and using this horrible weather as a chance to get lots of crafting done! I've used another pre-coloured image from the LOTV 'Jack, Patch, Puss' art pad for this card. The sentiment is also from one of their pads and I will definitely be buying the stamps when I run out of these!

I'm entering this card into the Lili of the Valley 'Anything Goes' challenge.

Simple Heart

Morning everyone,
I don't have much mojo at the moment so I haven't got many cards to share with you. But I do have a card for today that I made a few weeks ago. I like to make clean and simple cards sometimes and I kept this one really basic with some ribbon from The Ribbon Girl and an old heart that I got from Hobbycraft ages ago!

Just to let you know, the Ribbon Girl is having one more giveaway!

Thanks so much for all of your lovely comments - I love reading them. I'll be visiting your blogs for some inspiration and hopefully I'll be back with some more cards soon!

New Stash

Good morning,
The challenge at Papertake Weekly is New Year, New Stash so I've used this sentiment die from Memory Box for the first time, and the Echo Park background paper is also new (to me).

Just a quick post today! Thanks for looking.

Hello,
I'm here with a card for this week's Crafty Little Fairies challenge which is Kraft - the perfect challenge for me because I absolutely love using it at the moment! The stamp is LOTV's Blossom and I also used the beautiful Swirly Butterfly die from Magnolia.

Mermaid

Good morning,
Last week was quite slow for crafting so I'm hoping to get a lot more done this week! Here is my entry for Papertake Weekly's Anything Goes challenge. This is the first time that I've used this mermaid stamp from LOTV - I love the little seahorses. The charm and sparkly ribbon (actually called mermaid ribbon!) are from The Ribbon Girl (they're having another giveaway challenge by the way).

Thanks for visiting! Have a great week.

Wedding Day

Hello,
I've been looking for some more challenges to join in with this year and today I have an entry for Crafty Little Fairies. Their challenge is Starting Over so I've made a wedding card using the lovely 'Over the Threshold' stamp from LOTV. I've added lots of stickles to the veil and dress but they haven't shown up in the photo as clearly as I'd hoped! The gorgeous lace was one of my prizes from the Ribbon Girl Christmas challenge. So here is my card:

Best Wishes Star

Good morning,
The challenge over at Papertake Weekly is Pick of the Year so you can choose any challenge from the last twelve months. I've only recently started my blog so I enjoyed looking through the ones I haven't seen before. I picked Hello Boys from June and here is my male card:

Basically just die-cutting and layering! The paper is by Little Yellow Bicycle.

Happy New Year!

Good morning and a very Happy New Year to you all! I made this quick card a couple of weeks ago and thought it would be appropriate for today. I don't usually make New Year's Resolutions but I have a couple of crafty ones for 2014: to work on my colouring and to use my new craft supplies instead of saving them because they're too nice!

I also wanted to let you know that I made the top 3 over at the Hobby House. This was the first time I've done this so I'm absolutely thrilled!

Thanks for visiting me today,

Rebecca.
