April Showers

Good morning everyone,
I hope you're all well and having a good week! I've used Lili of the Valley's April Showers for today's card and the sentiment came with this stamp. I've used my Memory Box cloud die again (definitely getting my money's worth out of this!), a wooden spool from Samuel Taylors, flowers from the LOTV shop, WOC and the Ribbon Girl, and the papers are My Mind's Eye. The charm, hessian ribbon and twine are from the Ribbon Girl. The butterflies are from a Pion Design cut-out sheet and I covered them with some Diamond Dust (both from Live & Love Crafts). I also tried out some Glossy Accents for the first time on the puddle and raindrops but the camera hasn't picked them up!

Birthday Love

Good morning everyone,
I hope you're having a great weekend. I've used an image from my favourite Lili of the Valley art pad for today's card. The papers and bow are from the Craftwork Cards Flying High range. The charm, twine, heart pin, ribbon and seam-binding are all from the Ribbon Girl, and the flowers are WOC. The pink glitter embellishments are from my old stash.

Up and Away

Hello everyone,
Just a quick post from me today. I've kept my card simple with LOTV's Patchwork Bunch of Balloons and one of their little tag sentiments. I wanted to leave lots of the paper (from the Shabby Shack pad) on show to represent the sky, so my only embellishments are Memory Box clouds, twine and ribbon from the Ribbon Girl, and some gems from Samuel Taylors.

Tea with Teddy

Good afternoon everyone,
The sun seems to have disappeared again so I thought I'd use some bright colours on my card instead. The paper is Echo Park and I've added some blue to my usual kraft layers. The sentiment is one of the LOTV Everyday Grungy Messages. I've used a Hobby House topper (Elisabeth Bell - Strawberry), and the daisy charm (with added paint dabber) and rhinestone sparklers are also from the Hobby House. The metal butterfly (also with added paint dabber), twine, seam-binding and hessian ribbon are from the Ribbon Girl and the flowers are WOC. Finally, I used a Woodware punch for the little butterflies and a La-La Land die for the corner.

Feeding the Robins

Good afternoon,
I've made my first Christmas card of the year! I always intend to start early to take some of the pressure off later but it never ends up happening, so this year I'm making it happen! I've used a LOTV sentiment, art pad image and papers from their Simple Joys pad. The red twine and hessian ribbon (I'm completely addicted to this) are from the Ribbon Girl, the flowers (with paint dabber added to them) are WOC and I used a Spellbinders die for the snowflakes. I've used one of my new bottles again and this time filled it with tiny beads.

Happy Birthday LOTV

Good morning everyone and Happy Easter!
As I'm sure you all know, next month is Lili of the Valley's 10th Birthday and their challenge this month is to make them a birthday card. I discovered LOTV last summer at a time when my crafting mojo really needed a boost, and their gorgeous products did just that! So thank you for the continued inspiration and a very Happy Birthday to you!

I've used a LOTV sentiment, papers (Bonnets and Bowties), and an image from the Fairies art pad (I had to use one of these because the art pads were the first LOTV products I used!). The rolled flowers, ribbon, seam-binding, lace and diamante stem are all from the Ribbon Girl, and the other flowers are WOC. I used Magnolia Doohickey dies for the butterfly and bow. I've been on the hunt for little glass bottles for months and then ended up finding two shops that sell them in one weekend (Sir Stampalot and Craft Range)! This one is filled with tiny pink, purple and silver gems, but they don't show up too clearly on the photo.

As always, a big thank you for looking! Have a lovely Easter weekend.

On the Road Tilda

Hello everyone,
My love of Magnolia stamps and dies has been growing ever since I discovered them, but I think On the Road Tilda might just be my favourite so far! I've used her for today's card, along with the Lovely Fence die which I recently added to my Doohickey collection. I used a LOTV sentiment and Beach Bliss papers, a bow from Craftwork Cards, and Memory Box dies for the clouds. The lace, cheesecloth, resin dove and some of the flowers (the others are WOC) are all from the Ribbon Girl.

James with Daisy

Hello everyone,
I hope you're having a lovely weekend! I'm having a day of crafting and here's a card I finished this morning using Lili of the Valley's James - Daisy, though I doubt he needs any introduction! I've used LOTV Bear Necessities papers - I just love the peachy tones in this one. I made the bow using a Magnolia Doohickey die and the butterflies are Woodware punches. The flowers are WOC and the hessian ribbon and twine are from the Ribbon Girl. I saved the charm from some packaging and added paint dabber to it (from the Ribbon Girl), along with the flowers.

Easter Bunny

Hello everyone,
I hope you're all having a good week so far. I've used LOTV's Armfuls of Daisies again for this card, with one of their Happy Circular Sentiments and papers from Baskets and Bunnies. The flowers are a mixture of WOC and Ribbon Girl, and the jute mesh and hessian ribbon are also from the Ribbon Girl. My die-cuts are the Magnolia Doohickey Swirly Butterfly and La-La Land Heart Banner.

Flowers and Cake

Hello,
I haven't had the chance to see what everyone's been creating for the last couple of days but I hope you all had a good weekend and I'll be visiting you soon.

I'm joining in with the Wild Orchid Challenge for the first time and the current theme is Bling. I didn't want to go overboard with this because lots of bling isn't really in my comfort zone, but I've added some gems and used Star Dust Stickles on the flowers and punched butterflies - it hasn't shown up too well in the photo but there's lots on there, I promise! I've also used a LOTV sentiment and art pad image, and papers from their Baskets and Bunnies pad. The flowers are from WOC, and the jute mesh ribbon and pink pin are from the Ribbon Girl. I used Woodware punches for the butterflies and little envelope.

Winding Flowers

Hello everyone,
I hope you're having a great Saturday. I've used Tilda with Winding Flowers for today's card, along with papers from LOTV's Heartfelt pad (I absolutely love the cracked paint effect of this paper!), WOC flowers (with added paint dabber), and lace and pearl bead string from the Ribbon Girl. I've used my favourite Joy Crafts butterfly die again, with the La-La Land filigree corner and Spellbinders for the scalloped circle and frame.

Spring Greetings

Good evening everyone,
Just a quick post today with a card consisting of LOTV Shabby Shack papers and an art pad image, WOC flowers, Joy Crafts butterfly, and seam binding and hessian from the Ribbon Girl. The bow is from Craftwork Cards - sorry about the bright glare in the corner, I keep forgetting to do something about this!
